Brave New World (46)

This is my first reading this book. It is very intriguing to me, it was very easy to get into and it keeps you wondering whats coming next. It is a book written about the future generation of people. All the babies are test tube, and made in batches on a average of 72 identical babies. They are all "made" to be specialized in jobs- for example- those who were meant to be cavemen, while they were in the test tube their oxygen was lowered and they made the babies temperature lower then usual to get them use to the environment of being a caveman. They don't want the babies to learn either so when they are 8 months old they take the babies into a room full of books and flowers letting them laugh and play, and then all of a sudden they turn on a bright light and electrocute them. They repeat this 200 different times so it instills in their mind to stay away from books and botany. This book is crazy, and scary but its definitely got my attention.
